This comprehensive training program caters to dedicated aesthetic professionals looking to transition into the medical aesthetics field and further improve their service offerings. Enjoy the convenience of customizable training sessions, whether half or full day, tailored to fit your schedule.
Led by Morgan Groothand, DNP, FNP-C, a seasoned expert injector and recognized Private Allergan trainer and speaker for Amspa and Cutera, this immersive course offers in-depth training lasting four or ten hours, with opportunities for hands-on experience and shadowing sessions.
Upon successful completion of the Injector Residency Program, participants will demonstrate proficiency in a wide array of advanced skills including in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, advanced injectable techniques, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), skincare, and the nuanced management of complications. The program is meticulously structured and includes two examinations, which are mandatory for progression within the course.
This phase of the program is accomplished in approximately 8 hours, but can be scheduled in individually or over a few days to fit the particular needs of the participant.
Anatomy and Facial Assesment Exam: Assess your understanding with a 25-question fill-in-the-blank examination, complemented by a physical examination to evaluate anatomy knowledge.
Injection Technique and Complication Management Exam: Test your proficiency in general injections and complication management with a 25-question fill-in-the-blank examination.

The cost for our comprehensive six-month Injector Residency Program is $25,000. This fee encompasses both theoretical education and practical experience, empowering participants to excel as expert injectors in their field. Graduates emerge from the program equipped with the confidence to deliver exceptional results for their patients.
In addition to the hands-on training courses, Morgan Groothand, DNP, FNP-C will teach you a social media crash course to set you up for success, continued support, and mentorship for up to one year post-residency program. She is also available for support for any complications or emergencies that may arise.

Our medical cosmetic treatments are performed by the highly trained and experienced Morgan Groothand, DNP, FNP-C. She began her aesthetic career in 2018 when she first worked with plastic surgeons.
Upon beginning her injection career, she developed a passion for facial aesthetics and rejuvenation. Since then, Morgan Groothand, DNP, FNP-C has attended numerous trainings, conferences, and seminars to improve her skills as an injector and provide the highest quality, safest results for her clients. She began sharing her knowledge with others in 2022 and has trained several medical professionals nationwide. Morgan Groothand, DNP, FNP-C is a board member of Amspa and offers private training through Allergan.
After working at different plastic surgery offices and MedSpas and visiting countless others, Morgan Groothand, DNP, FNP-C realized the need for a more personalized, specialized approach to facial aesthetics. She envisioned a high-end, modern space where facial aesthetics are prioritized, and she could seamlessly integrate regenerative medicine with facial rejuvenation. She made her vision come to life and created RAYNĒ MEDSPA | AESTHETICS in October 2023.
