Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. If you are scheduled for a consultation, your deposit may be applied toward a treatment performed the same day or credited toward a future appointment if a same-day treatment cannot be scheduled.
Deposits are required for all bookings, including online, in-office, and over-the-phone scheduling.
If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.
We greatly respect our Providers’ time, as they are often booked weeks to months in advance, and we maintain a substantial waiting list. Last-minute cancellations hinder our ability to fill those openings effectively.
