Appointment Policy

Arriving late may limit your treatment time and disrupt the experience of other patients at our practice. While we strive to complete your session within the scheduled timeframe, arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling your appointment. For further details regarding fees, please refer to our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At RAYNĒ MEDSPA | AESTHETICS, we have implemented a 24-hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy to ensure that our guests can secure timely appointments and to honor the time of our providers. If you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment within 24 hours, a fee will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • A $100 fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. However, if you rebook the appointment within two weeks, the $100 fee will be applied toward the cost of the service or treatment at RAYNĒ MEDSPA | AESTHETICS.

All Injection/Medical Appointments:

After three instances of no-shows or late cancellations, clients will be required to prepay in full for future services when booking appointments. Please note:

  • The prepaid amount is non-refundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated.
  • If you reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will be credited towards future services at RAYNĒ.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and respectful scheduling system for all our clients.

We greatly respect our Providers’ time, as they are often booked weeks to months in advance, and we maintain a substantial waiting list. Last-minute cancellations hinder our ability to fill those openings effectively.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which enables the RAYNĒ MEDSPA | AESTHETICS team to deliver the highest quality service to you and future patients while honoring the time of our dedicated team members.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by our cancellation and no-show policy. 

Our Refund and Follow-Up Policy

Services

  • We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.
  • Aesthetic results can vary significantly between individuals. While we strive for the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.
  • Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to achieve desired results.
  • For injectable services at RAYNĒ, patients must return or call within 30 days for reassessment, touch-up, or follow-up.

Discounted Package Refund Policy

When purchasing a discounted package at Rayne MedSpa, the following refund policy applies:

  • If a refund is requested after receiving one or more treatments, the treatments already performed will be charged at their full, non-discounted price.
  • The remaining balance after deducting the full price of completed treatments will be refunded.

By purchasing a discounted package, you agree to these terms. For questions, please contact our team.

Retail Products

  • No refunds are offered on purchased products.
  • Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

Gift Certificates

  • No refunds are available on gift certificate purchases.
  • Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this timeframe.
We appreciate your understanding of our policies, which allow us to maintain the highest standards of service and product quality for all our clients.

Children Policy

At RAYNĒ, we adore babies and children, but we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. This helps ensure the safety of your little ones and creates a relaxing atmosphere for all our clients.

Pet Policy

While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pet at home during your visit to RAYNĒ. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To prevent any disruptions or inconveniences, we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
